We create a successful life and career when we remain true to ourselves:

our values · our strengths · our purpose

Leading

Becoming a manager is easy.

Being a manager is difficult.

There are many conflicts of roles, goals, values and consciences to resolve:

Making clear decisions, providing convincing reasons, communicating clear messages. And set a good example.

Successful leadership has a lot to do with integrity.

Together, we will embark on a journey to your leadership model. We are guided by the motto: good today, better tomorrow. With simple principles, you will develop a clear attitude. If your attitude is clear, your leadership will also be clear. This will match your set of values and give your leadership integrity, credibility and effectiveness. That's a promise.

Coaching

Unanswered questions and unresolved conflicts are lead ballast on our motivation. They drag us down. And it's quicksand for the organization in which we work. Nobody wants that! In coaching, we work together to turn the problem you have formulated into a goal. Then we take a step back and look for ways and resources to achieve the goal. You solve a problem by detaching yourself from the problem. This is as simple as it is difficult. But it can succeed - I promise.

Training

When it comes to sustainable learning success and lasting behavioral change, the furthest distance is between the head and the hand. That's why I recommend more and more training sequences with regular peer group meetings to put what you have learned into practice. If it's worth it, then it's worth it.

But please decide for yourself.

HR Interim

Sometimes a project or an unwanted vacancy in the HR department puts pressure on you. I am happy to help with my twenty years of experience as a personnel manager. Feel free to contact me. And if I get the impression from our conversation that someone else is better suited, then I will recommend a competitor from my network - really! Because I'd like satisfied customers even more than turnover.
